Is it possible for users to submit a support request by simply emailing a specific email, without registering and without logging in? Sort of like Craigslist?

Yes, users can send an email to address configured under plugin imap settings and system will check if the sender email is registered or not, if yes, then it will create a new ticket under user’s account otherwise create a new account and create a ticket. Next time if the user reply to the agent answer, new comment will be added.
