Can you please confirm with your host if Email Piping is enables in your server.

Sure, runs normally for 1 day, dealing with some tickets, then suddenly blank screen, from the apache error log, I think it is email-piping. Disable it via phpmyadmin, it goes ok.

php7.0-imap is already the newest version (7.0.14-2+deb.sury.org~xenial+1).
