This is a pre-sale question. Is your plugin fully compatible with the Avada Theme? Just asking because I bought another plugin and the plugin wasn’t able to integrate into the My-Account section. If you would click on an order you wouldn’t see the option to report a problem with that order.
Also, does the client has the ability to submit a ticket from an existing order and the admin receive it and see which order the ticket is associated to?
Basically what we need is a plugin that after the customer orders and receives the product, he can communicate with us in regard to that order if there was a problem and we can fix it for them.
