- is this open source? We want the ability to link our database so user do not need to register again, to log a ticket?
- can we replied to existing ticket via email?
- can we get notification via email for new ticket, new reply from agent/client, ticket closed/re-opened?
- Does it have canned response?
- Does it required wordpress or can we install without it?

This is not open source but once purchased you are free to edit as you may as the code is not encrypted or anything.
- You can reply via email but we recommend only to create a new ticket via email and the replies must be via logging in into the system.
- Yes, you will get all the notification and you can also customize the email text for the same.
- Canned responses are not working in this version, we will fix it in another version.
- It requires WordPress.
