Can you please translate the error in the screenshot in English for us, we are not familiar with the language in the screenshot.
Also, when are you getting this error?

“Page not found” is the translation, similar to a 404 error. The error appears when i try to install your plugin.

yes, other plugin are installed and activated correctly, your plugin give me a blank page after activating
