I have a new question. If a client already send an email with a subject “One”. When a client send a new email with a suject “Two”, this email is generate as ticket update from subject One or in a new ticket? How is it possible that all history from the same client could be find in only one big ticket?

It would create a different ticket each time with different subject or email.

It is not possible to create a one big ticket unless all the conversation happens under one ticket itself. I mean we cannot group multiple tickets into one ticket.
