By “Woocommerce integration” do you mean that previously registered users don’t need to create a new account because the support system works with the previously created accounts on woocommerce? And does one has to have the interface you provide or can one integrate it in a existing WP theme?

Yes, the users does not needs to create a new account if already registered via WooCommerce or any other medium, as our plugin uses the default WP users table.
You can integrate this into any theme you wish.
