I really would like a refund for my purchase. I just tried to leave a support ticket on your website and the error message says “Error Establishing Database Connection”. That error message has been the theme of my usage of the plugin. It was totally unusable and I would like my credits. I know more than 24hrs have passed but there was no way I could continue to use this without sacrificing using other plugins on the site. Issues included:
– Plugin would prevent other plugins from sending email (ie Contact Form 7, sends notification email but wont send autoresponder email with your plugin active) – Users could not scroll ticket comments – Your plugin activation caused some plugin features on left admin menu to disappear.
And given a refund, you wont have to worry about me still using the plugin, I cant use it now. Thanks
