pre-sale question . 1. Already logged in wordpress user , when he sends a support ticket, will he be assigned a new username , password. ? I would like to have as a wordpress user should not be assigned a new login, password. 2. Can a useragent also reply to the email directly from his email client, instead of logging into dashboard ?
1. If a user is already logged into WordPress then we will not be assigned a new username or password or no new account would be created if he is not assigning a ticket on someone’s behalf and assigning ticket on a client’s behalf can be done only by admin or an agent given access to that particular product or department.
2. Yes, we can reply via email as well but we strongly recommend to reply by going to ticket dashboard to avoid other clusters from an email like the signature and previous reply preview, etc.
