I need to use this plugin only with my clients so I would like to create their user names and pass instead alow ALL users that access my support area. Is this possible my friend?

You can disable creation of tickets via Email and lets users submit and reply only by logging into the support portal.
And on the left-hand side of the ticket screen just give a link to login and not register. I guess this should help you achieve what you are looking for.
