How can I delete uploaded files from users? I think this is an important function. Thank you

Our recent update of this plugin has the feature to remove uploaded files. Latest version 1.4.3 also check the Upgrades & Change Log on Item Details page of this plugin.
Rest you can also delete the file from WP Media section, if you know which file is it. As all the media gets uploaded to Media Library.
Yes I can delete the uploaded files from Media section. My plugin version is already 1.4.3 but a couldnāt find where is the button to delete an image uploaded directly on the Client Ticket (frontend), I coundnāt find this on your DEMO version also. Iām using Mozilla Firefox browser. Can you help me? Thank you
