I have the next question:
I’m looking for special software / plugin for my customer ( a lawyer ).
The situation: Their new clients can make an account online. Before they make an account, they need to answer some questions.
Once the new client made a new account the lawyer (main administrator) can see this account in the back office. The lawyer can write something in their account about the progression of the client’s case.
The client can login and can read this progression. Of course because this is highly private, the clients can’t see the accounts from other clients.
- If possible it must be included with a form builder / custom fields. Before people register them self, they need to answer some questions. • Email notification when the administrator make an update in the back office • The client and the administrator are able to make a pdf print
Is this possible? Please could you advice me about it?

Sorry but this is not possible with this plugin. This plugin is developed to give support to customers/clients by creating support tickets.
