1. It can work inter-departmentally if the user is registered on the same site and you have created the appropriate department and product. The role of the user can be either customer or client but all this would be at one place and a common interface. Two pre-purchase questions. I’m looking for something to be used interdepartmentally, not necessarily the client. Example, customer service requesting an it department fix a bug. Would this work well? Secondly, can I dictate was fields are required and what information is collected when oping a ticket?
