While testing on 4.5 we have not faced this problem and we were able to respond and answer the ticket. There can be some other reasons that it is not working for you.
Once we get the info to your website, we will look into it.

Hi, after updating to new wordpress version , now the respond / answer option of the ticket is disables. Now I can’t answer or reply withing the ticket on the front end.
