Hi there , Can i know this plugin allow Admin to manage the ticket ?? Example Admin can be see the report for support agent conversation with client and how the performance with the staff ?

And can i know the ticket able to be private ?? mean only the client and support agent able to see .

1. The Admin would be able to manage tickets. He can also create a new ticket from the WordPress dashboard even. We right now do not have an extensive reporting section in this plugin but the admin can check the tickets and the comments on it in the backend and judge the performance.
2. Yes, the tickets are totally private and only the agent to whom the product has been assigned will be able to see the tickets related to that product & client will only be able to see his ticket unless marked as public.
