Can users add youtube video code in their support ticket?

The video embed code will not work in the support ticket.
It will not be converted to a video and the code itself would get displayed.
The links for the video would work and for the links, you can choose whether to open the link in the same window or a new window. This can be done by clicking on the link icon on the top of ticket editor.

One more thing, if someone has posted a video embed link in the ticket the video will be displayed in the email response he would get.
This work in Gmail, not sure about other email providers.

Could this be changed? I would like clients to paste a youtube link and have the video show in the ticket text body like native wordpress does it

We will be enhancing the Editor in our next release and our next version will be out probably in 2 months time.
