Hello, Is it possible to have different client groups (e.g. moms and dads) that can views different categories to address their tickets?

The tickets can be grouped only by the following:
1. Status (Open, Close, Awaiting Response & Public) 2. Departments. 3. Products.
Other than those I am afraid we cannot have any other group or groups to categorize the tickets.
