Do you have any plans of integrating live Chats and VoIP telephony APIs (e.g. Twilio)?
I would love to have a complete customer support with ticketing, Live Chat & Phone Support.
Such that Live and Phone chats can be converted to tickets

Is the author of this plugin serious at all with this product. So many requests not responded. I definitely will not waste 27 bucks for this

Hi, I am in process of writing this plugin from scratch with all the requests from our existing customers. Such major upgrades take time however, I plan to release the new and improved version by end of December or Jan first week. Stay updated as this is going to be the best support app ever launched on Envato market, possibly with free Mobile app for staff and admins.

Yes, that’s the plan, will try to release mobile app as well so agents can reply on the go.
