On the previous question and I managed to solve this all right.
But now came a new question.
I’m having problems sending and receiving files on tickets. The files are made without pronlemas more I get all the corrupted files. Because the files are getting corrupted?
Could you help me?

I will leave here a note:
The files are being sent to the server in the / uploads and usually flawless, I downloaded the file and it opens normally.
But when I try to download the file from the tickets panel files are corrupted.

Extensions | jpg | jpeg | bmp | png |They are coming normally. But extensions | zip | rar | pdf | doc | docx | They are coming corrupted.
