Hi its possible to display on the sidebar departments and show all the tickets for that department?
Another questions:
1. about the dynamic variables, when the user receive the notification email the url ticket will go to the frontend?

Yes, departments list is available in the sidebar to fetch all tickets for selected departments.
The link in each mail sent by the system on ticket submission or comment will redirect the user to the ticket.
