I’ve had my eye on your plugin for some time now. I see you have a new version conning out soon. Am i better off waiting or will the transition between the 2 be seamless?

And one more question: is there a support satisfaction / rating with your plugin? Will it be included in the new version? Any plans for this feature?

I think it would be best if you wait for it as the new version would be a complete rewrite from the old one. There would be no data loss but the settings might need to be configured again for the ones who are using the old version.
We already have a ticket rating system and we will carry it on to the new version as well.

I have no problem waiting. I am still building my new website which will include a new support system.
Can you tell me what is the advantages of the re-write of the plugin? What are the improvements?
And I see that your support rating system is based on each response. Is it possible to rate the ticket as a whole? After the ticket is closed? Maybe through an email?That would be an awesome and complete solution!

The current version is based on AngularJS, where as new one would be on VueJs(https://vuejs.org/). Which is more lighter, faster & flexible than AngularJS.
New version will be totally based on PHP OOPS structure making it more secure and extensible than before. Besides these we have a whole list of new features and bug fixes.
We will try and include the feature to rate the whole ticket.

Can’t say about the exact date but somewhere in the middle of next month. But believe me we are trying out best to launch it as soon as we can. It’s been long since an major update has rolled out for this plugin.
