Special Feature in Tickets

I’m just trying to learn a bit more about your product but there is a specific feature I need to know you can offer or not

I plan to use the support system on per credit or token base, so whenever one of my clients opens a new support ticket I’d like to track the number of used and remained tickets and make it visible to the client as well so, let’s suppose one of my clients subscribes to one of my services which includes 5 support credits usable within one month, then the client logs in and submits his first ticket and the system automatically subtracts that open ticket and displays 4 tickets remaining

I hope you got my point and hopefully you’ll come up with the right solution to expect my needs

Unfortunately, this specific functionality is not available with our plugin.

We are working to integrate paid ticket system but it may be different from what you are looking for. We are still deciding upon it.
