Also just wondering can this be placed within a page and still keep the wordpress theme header and footer etc?
Few questions: 1. I there a link in woocommerce my account area for them to click on to get in to the ticket area? Or do i need to link to the page?
- If a client purchases something from my woocommerce store and then creates a ticket will it show me which subscription they have purchased and if it’s still valid e.g. subscription not canceled?
- I am assuming that users don’t need a different login from what they use to manage their woocommerce account?

- For woocommerce all our app does is takes the products from woocommerce and list those products as products for support in the app. You would need to link it to the support page.
- No, it won’t get the info for the purchase history, right now we only have this feature for Envato products, if you link Envato to our app then it would show if the user is a verified user or not.
- Yes, no need for a different login, we use the default WordPress user database as well.
