How can i make the FAQ public.. means users should be able to view without registering.. THX in advance

If we talk about the in-built functionality for FAQ’s in the plugin, then it is not possible to view FAQ’s without logining in.
However, you can give a link for you FAQ’s page in the description on the homepage of the ticket.
