Hi, this feature is currently not supported as part of this plugin however, you can use the hook to check if a user is paid user or not. Here’s the example code: https://github.com/cssjockey/supportezzy/blob/master/check-if-user-has-paid.php

I think you should allow this feature. I would like to have a support center for my clients if they register and pay monthly + the free version for 30 days as well. Please suggest any other plugin with these features

Hi, this feature will be added in upcoming version, this is temporary solution till the time this feature is included in the core with multiple payment gateways etc.
