Changing the color of the Ticket

Hi, it is possible change the color of the ticket, depending on your status? Such as those opened unanswered them green, open ones answered them yellow and red ones closed them. I mean maybe add a colored box next, as there is now for tickets unanswered. But it is also possible the possibility of creating the status “in process”? Thanks

Those color codes are not available in this version but it is on our to-do list for the upcoming update of this plugin.

We will also look into the In Process status too.
