Please check if you have created departments and products under Tickets Admin Menu.

Hello, i have a problem with your system! When i press the submit ticket button, it is loading but nothing happens and stay there but the ticket has been created! It should move to another page, for example all tickets in order the user to know that the ticket has been succesfully created! What is wrong? How to solve that?
