I cannot get the plugin to display anyything correctly it shows for example in the title bar
{{lang.home}} {{lang.tickets}} {{lang.public_tickets}}
same on the side bar

Please make sure that you are not using any scripts minification service on that page like CloudFlare or any other.
The JS & CSS scripts loaded on the support page should be un-minified.
