Hello Is this plugin RTL ready ? and can I add a map field in the ticket form ? so the admin can know exactly where is the problem in the map. Thank you

RTL is not supported in this version but we will try and add RTL support in our next update.
Are we talking about Google Maps? I am not able to get exactly what this map field would do? as we certainly can add custom fields to the new ticket form. Can you elaborate more on this map field?

Thank you for the quick replay. 1 – I hope the RTL support will come out as soon as possible so I can purchase it and use as my official support ticket. 2 – about the map field, yes it’s about google maps, the user can put the location pin anywhere in the map, and when apply the form, I, as an admin, I can see the same location in google map in the form along with other information .. 3- the user interface is it in the frond end of the WordPress setup (can it be in a page or a post ?) or in the back-end ? 4 – one more thing please, Is the user have to sign up in the website in order to submit a ticket ? Thank you a bunch.

The map feature is not available in right now but I think this is a good feature to add. We will consider it and try our best to include this in our next update but no promises though as adding a feature like this takes a lot’s of consideration and time to incorporate.
Yes, the user has to sign-in in order to submit a ticket as this app was created keeping in mind to give support to premium customers/clients and not to make it as a public forum.
