Hi there,
This appears to be a comprehensive support plugin. I have a pre sale question – I intend to use this alongside WooCommerce.
It says I am able to set this up on a new WordPress installation. Preferably I would like to add it to a sub-domain of support.mysite.com and have it linked to my main site so when customers click on support if they are logged in already on my main site then they will also be logged in on the support site. Not only this but it should also be able to check for WooCommerce order history etc
Is this possible?

Hi, the login functions will work if it is a multisite install. However, Woocommerce needs to the on same site.
