Can you please explain awaiting response as its not working on this plugin and when some one post ticket it does not show anything on awaiting response.Is there any setting for this?

Awaiting response shows the number of responses to be made on a ticket assigned to you or an agent. Each ticket opened by a client which has not received a reply shows up under Awaiting Response.
If a number is not showing up against it then I assume there might be a JS conflict somewhere, which we can only tell after looking the source code or checking up the console.
