Hello, congratz for your great plugin.

I really need to remove the following fields in create new ticket>

URL Priority

Also, I want to add some text explaining before the submisson of a ticket.

Is that possible? Thank you!

We can hide those fields with CSS. Please create a ticket at http://support.cssjockey.com/ and we will help you with it.

Sorry, we cannot add a text on the ticket page but we can add FAQ’s and add some text on the homepage before logging into the system.
