- Yes, you can translate the plugin into any language. 2. The code is open. Once you are free to modify it as you may but the modification done by a third party will be out of scope in reagards to techncial support.

- The user can change their password. As user management is not maintained by our plugin. Our plugin uses the user’s registered via normal WordPress register page or any other registration plugin you might be using.
- Yes, you can add additional fields to Submit New Ticket form.
- Yes, the upload size depends upon the size allocated to your WordPress.
- No custom requirements as such, just your server should support AngularJS and the JS and CSS scripts included on the support page should not be minified like by CloudFlare or any other similar service.
- The WordPress admin is the admin of the tickets as well. He as full right over it and also create a ticket on the behalf of a customer or client.
- Yes, you can create or choose only department who can answer the tickets.
