if a support agent is logged in, can he make a ticket on behalf of users? i dont see drop down menu, i must KNOW the name and spelling, is there a soultion for this?

You cannot remove products or departments as those are mandatory for the plugin to work but certainly you can hide them from the frontend via CSS.
