Thank you for your feedback, we will sort this in upcoming versions. Currently it is not possible to include the user input into email messages, however, we will include this option as well.

We are working hard to roll out the new version as soon as possible, however the list of features is pretty long and it will take us at least another month to roll out the new version.

Checking to see if the latest update had the possibility to include the custom fields in the notification emails? It seems useless to create a custom field and then not be able to send that data in the ticket email….right?

FEEDBACK: Give labels and input groups classes or ID’s so they can be hidden easier (such as the URL box and priority) with CSS, or give an option to hide these since they are not required.
QUESTION: How can I include my custom fields in the email messages?
