one of the best solutions for support/helpdesk I saw in the last years and thats one of the reasons to move from zendesk into my homepage.
One thing I’m wondering is – Is it possible to show the F.A.Q. inside the ticket system layout and not making a switch to the normal page-theme? Maybe I have tomatoes on my eyes : )
And some featurewishes:
– Statistics View
– Option to add menue items
– Frontend login/registration inside left area
– Frontend user-information editing
(Or are the last two things only possible with ur “Front-end Membership” Plugin?)
