Pre sale question – How customisable is the New Ticket form? Can I have a large number of drop downs? Is there any way to have conditional dropdowns?
For example if SALES is chosen from a first dropdown, a second appears but sales based options, but if TECHNICAL is chosen from a first dropdown, a different second appears with technical based options.

Conditional dropdowns are not a part of this version but it will be available in one of the future version, most probably in the next(upcoming) one.
Other than that you can add other HTML field to the form which are single and multiple line text, single and multiple select dropdowns, radio, date, email and URL fields.
