Great job on the support system chaps. One suggestion; When you log in, instead of having a blank page maybe it can redirect you to your open tickets. Saves a click and it looks better than just a blank page.

Also having the option to disable certain email notifications would be nice. Same as the auto close notification where you have the option to disable it. Can we have this for all notifications please so we can turn it on or off.
