Hi, we are planing to buy this⦠but I would like to ask couple of questions before we purchase.
- Email enquiry can be stored automatically in the system?
- If we nominate the person (agent) who need to answer the enquiry, the person (agent) will get the notification by email?
- If the person (agent) reply the email, the system will catch the reply and send the answer email to the customer directly?
Our staff doesnāt want to login the system. They only wanna answer the question if they received the enquiry from the website to their email inbox.
Currently, we are using Zendesk at the moment. Do you think this application can cover what we want? Thanks!

Hello, Yes all this can be handled by this plugin. However, this system uses php_imap extension which process emails when the website is accessed or any page is opened in a browser. Your staff would need to reply from their dashboard within the system in the current version. However, the new version is in development and this will be covered as well with very simple setup.

Yes, php will process all emails when the site is accessed.

- Is there any function that the email notification will contain the direct link for the reply the enquiry? 2. Is there any option to login this system with the Google account?
