Not getting emails of new tickets now. All of sudden we just stopped receiving them.

Can you please once get in touch with your host provider and have them look into the STMP server for any blocks or anything. Also ask them to check the email logs and see if they can find anything important for us to debug the issue.

Its weird, its been spotty. Sometimes we get them now and sometimes we don’t. I will keep an eye on it.
