trying to setup email piping… but getting the error:
Could not connect to IMAP server, please check and try again.
Can’t connect to xxxxxxxxx,993: Connection timed out
i tried with and without tls port 143/993
also tried with mailserver hostname and ip address
nothing works, i can login to the mail account seperately with the credentials i am putting in

i purchased this 4 days ago, and have requested support but nothing… surely you should not be selling a product on here if you cannot support it?
