Pre-sales questions: Regrading Email Piping and Routing: Does Ezzy and WP use same member database? When non-WP member submit a ticket to supportezzy@cssjockey.com, will WP automatically register this non-WP member? I actually don’t want Ezzy to create a new user when a non-WP member submit a ticket. Do you have any Macro function, so ticket admin didn’t to write up everything for every single ticket.

Hi, this plugin uses same wp_users table to interact with user information. If someone sends an email which is not registered in the system, supportezzy will create a new account to assign the ticket to the user. Macros will be available in upcoming version as we are planning to replace the WYSIWYG editor with a better one.

That may confuse user, isn’t it? When Ezzy automatic created a new account for a user, that user will be confused because he already register a WP account that he didn’t know. Do other workaround this problem??

New User account only be created if the email address is not already registered. We plan to release the new version in Jan 2016.

Interested to know what is the mobile app new feature is about? and what other new features that will release on Jan 2016?

With mobile app, agents will be able to answer tickets on the go, will try to integrate the push notifications as well or at later stage. This software is being re-written from scratch which will use rest api which will enable us to integrate any kind of form being used to create tickets. There’s a long list of feature requests from our clients so we will be adding all these on priority basis.
