Hello, please check your email or login to our support portal, we replied to your ticket 7 days ago and awaiting your response.

Installed your new version.
When submitting, the buttons are disabled, yes – but it doesn’t redirect. It just hangs.
You have to manually click open tickets to see the ticket listed.
Disabling the submit buttons only fixed half the issue. The non-redirection still exists.
Please advise.

Really want this plugin to work properly, but the Ajax is killing me. Has anyone else managed to workaround the issue with no redirection after the ticket is submitted?

Hi, This seems to be working on our end and we don’t have any other tickets open for this issue as of now.
Ive created 2 support tickets on your site and still not had any response for over a month.
We have a big issue with the Angular.js that we cannot resolve.
When a ticket is submitted, the page refresh takes over 30 seconds. Users are not aware that the ticket has been submitted so continually click.
Why is the refresh taking so long -? And – why is my support taking so long?
