1: Can the the customer have multiple profiles?: i.e. one of my customers wants their manager to be able to see all support tickets their staff have raised to my company on my website
2: Does this plugin send emailed when the support ticket is received / updated? if so, how customisable are these emails?
3: How many customisable fields can be added to the form?

- The customer cannot have multiple roles. One role per user, he can create a separate login to manage another role.
- Yes, emails are send whenever there is a new ticket or a new reply to a ticket and when a ticket is closed. Email notifications content is fully customizable.
- You can add ānā number of customisable fields to the form.
