Yes, there is an option to auto-close a ticket after certain days if there has not been a reply on the ticket from the client after the mentioned closing days.
You can set this option from our plugin settings under āBasic Configurationā menu look for āTicket Optionsā section and specify the number of days after āAuto close tickets afterā option.
