Support, I have posted an urgent matter on your CSSJockey Support site, but I have not receive any response. Please advise.

Let me post it here to expedite the process and share with others.

Our IP address looks like http://12.345.678.912:55580/. We can save all pages and settings except this plugin settings.

It keeps referring to http://_:55580/.

Our server is behind a firewall and the Public IP is not from the server.

We have just posted a reply in your ticket and we can finish up with the debugging on our support portal as we may need info to access your site.

We modified line 1096 on wp-content/plugins/cj-supportezzy/framework/framework.php and it works now.
