After logging into the demo site as a client it appears that I can see all tickets. Even from other clients? Is that correct? I would not want one client to see other clients tickets.

Hi, I’d recommend you to test this plugin at http://cssjockey.net as an admin. Create different accounts for agents and clients and setup the plugin the way you want to check if it meets your requirements.
