We already have a good Reporting Tool for the admin area in our development pipeline.
Right now we cannot export tickets to a CSV file but for, now maybe you can use some other plugin that imports post data with comments, categories, etc… in a CSV file, as tickets are created as a custom post type with the name Tickets and the comments on the ticket are saved as WordPress Comments of that particular post(ticket).
We will give this feature in our next update.

Thanks for the heads up. We are willing to pay for this as a separate plugin because we need it so badly.
The ONLY thing lacking is a robust reporting tool. From the admin area is there a way to export all the tickets to a CSV file? I want to see how many tickets have been opened in each category or product by which clients, etc.
