It can be a problem with the server or with mail SMTP settings. Can you please first take a look at the mail error logs on your server.
If everything seems fine, please open a ticket on our support portal at http://support.cssjockey.com/ and we will help you debug the issue.
When I open a ticket I do not receive my email notification…HELP!!!
