I have three issues.
First: I would like know if it’s possible to sort products by hierarchy like:
Pants – Pants a – Pants b – Pants c
T Shirt – T Shirt a – T Shirt b
Tennis – Tennis a – Tennis b
Or if possible, would be even better, When select a parent category, show other select with products of the children category.
Second: When we transfer the ticket, we have to select the product again. It’s possible to leave filled, the product field in the ticket?
Third: We need all the tickets are open to a specific User (manager / team coordinator). Is not good for us, tickets be randomly distributed among the users. Is it possible to set a default User to receive all open tickets?

To sort the categories/products we would need to customize or alter few lines of code in the plugin.
- No, the product fields has to be filled each time but we will try and give this option in a future update.
- You can select a user for all products and departments by clicking on Assign Products and Departments button under Manage Support Staff menu. There should be only one user to whom all the products are assigned and then he can distribute the tickets to other agents manually as per need.
